I was once given the cold-shoulder by Dini Petty.....if that qualifies.

I went to nod hello and she just walked by.....

Saw Dini Petty show in 1995 or 1997.

Colonel Sanders had a very bad temper. I saw that on his Biography and was really suprised. He mellowed out though towards the end of his life though. Before KFC he was a lawayer but only did one case. He hit his client in court.

Robert Conrad seemed really pissy whenever he was on Battle of The Network Stars. And he also made a cameo appearance in an episode of Just Shoot Me with the same attitude.

I knew I'd see John McEnroe's name popping up in this thread!

I like John a lot. I think he's great. He's not really a brat any more.

Rapper/Diva Foxy Brown has had a long running problem with the New York City court system - she has a problem with showing up for hearings; and for some reason it's not her fault.

Wilford Brimley.

I had a friend who met Wilford Brimley at a Utah Jazz home game in Salt Lake City once, and old Wilford just yelled at him something fierce.

Jack Nicholson has trouble controlling his temper sometimes, but he really is a great guy. I love him anyway, LOL. ;)

It doesn't get much grumpier than Andy Rooney.

I remember a few years ago, Rooney was a guest on Letterman. I didn't see the appearance, but I guess he was just a crabapple. Letterman joked after and said that he always thought that Rooney pretended to be a grumpy curmudgeon....but he found out that he really is a grumpy curmudgeon.

I've heard some horror stories about fans' in person experiences with Madonna. Julia Roberts was also known to be quite unpleasant toward the beginning of her career (though, I've heard that's changed).

Several years ago when Faith Hill was just starting out . A friend of mine was living in Nashville at the time and she worked with the wives of various studio musicians. They all said that sweet little Faith was a bitch.

Germaine Greer

From things I've read/heard about her, she doesn't seem to be a very pleasant person. She's an Australian feminist who became famous in the 1970s after publishing The Female Eunuch. She's lived in England for years, and is apparently always criticising Australia. She published quite an insulting article in a UK newspaper about Steve Irwin the day after he died. Loads of people were angry, as they viewed her as being rude and disrespectful, which is exactly what I think she was being.

Most people who have spoken about her have said that she's generally not a very nice person. I don't really know, but going from what I've heard about her, she doesn't seem to be very nice. I could be wrong, though, I suppose.
