How very sad. I doubt there would be many Runaways fans here. I was in contact with Sandy many years ago and received several letters and a picture from her. I knew for a long time she was fighting lung cancer and they also found a brain tumor also I believe. She was truly a pioneering woman musician.

You need to see the documentary that one of the members made about the group, very good!!! Yeah Sandy was interviewed and she said all she wanted to do was get the girl back together and rock. She was a great drummer.

This is really sad!

I've seen Edgeplay. I just wish that Joan Jett would've participated. I wonder how she feels now even though her and Sandy always remained great friends.

I LOVED the Runaways and still love Lita Ford and Joan Jett!!! I'd like to remember Sandy babe this way.......R.I.P. sweetie!!!
