Judge Orders Woman Not To Get Pregnant

St. Joseph Mo. -- A judge is giving Mandy Nelson an unusual order -- don't get pregnant.

Nelson, who already has three children, was given probation by a judge in a forgery case. But if Nelson wants to stay out of jail, she can't have another baby out of wedlock.

The Buchanan County, Mo., circuit judge also ordered Nelson to perform community service, pay restitution and go back to school for her GED or high school diploma.

The 26-year-old Nelson said she's shocked by the judge's no-preggers order. But Nelson noted she had an operation to make her sterile after the birth of her third baby.

If she's already sterile, then what good is that ruling going to do?

I wish more judges were like this one.

That seems kind of silly to me. How can a judge order someone not to get pregnant? Isn't it a woman's choice to choose how many kids she wants to have? If she wants another kid, why would a judge want to stop her? Unless she was abusive to her kids or something crazy like that. But, other wise that just doesn't make any sense.

Clearly, this woman must be one of those women I call "Maury" women, women who pops babies with eight different men, no education, not even an eighth grade one, no job, and still lives at home and trying not to do better.

Why not order MEN to stay away from her OR ELSE!!!!? :confused: :rofl:
