George and Louise go out to Dinner together or just an outing period-lol They never went anywhere together like how james and Florida did on Good Times, and Fred and Donna on sanford and son, they just was always together in that Apt. We can put that down as a "I wonder why?-lol

that is true they did go to the weiner joint, but that was so Louise could get Florence to tell George why she was working there, because he wanted to fire her. And when they went to the Circus Restaurant that was because of Louise's old boyfriend, and George obviously did not try the boyfriend so he went along. But they never showed them out on a date alone

Maybe they didn't want to build extra sets. They went to Atlantic city at least 2x- once without Florence (The Command Post) and once with her (You'll Never Get Rich) and George had a standing hotel room there (In the Chips) so they must've gone down there often. In George's Old Girlfriend the woman mentions that she stalked George and saw him taking Louise to the opera, ballet etc. They went out with the Willises to a club in The Odd Couple and to a charity ball in Some Enchanted Evening. They also went to Louise's HS reunion in season 5. In State of Mind in the last season they talked about going out to different places and they were going to go to Coney Island but Louise changed her mind. In Personal Business they broke their legs bike riding. I notice most of their going out is in the later seasons and it is a running complaint of Louise's that George works too much.

In regards to the exgirlfriend stalking George, we don't see them going to the opera, or bike riding, and I would not consider my high school reunion a date. As far as the Atlantic City eps, it would not be faif for the to comment on that because I don' recall seeing that ep

They did go on that Cruise Ship to solve a Mystery but Florence was with them too
