I love the "Facts of Life," especially Jo. Her looks were really appealing: shiny hair, good skin, great smile, clean-cut and wholesome; a natural beauty.

I was really interested to see Nancy again on "The Division." I was surprised to see how much she changed. Everyone changes when they get older, but it seemed her facial structure was different. Her nose seemed thinner, her cheekbones were more pronounced, and even her eyes seemed to be a different color-smoky blue/gray instead of brown. Am I just imaging this? I still think she is one of the top 5 actresses around and will always be a fan. Maybe my problem is I still think of her as "Jo."

Well, eye color can be easily changed through use of contacts and what not. No idea if she whore them, but I know there has always been some debate over eye color with her.

I don't actually think her facial structure has changed at all, rather that she's thinned out over the years so her face is thinned out too. More pronounced cheekbones and etc. Through most of FOL she, and the others, were still growing kids (or young adults) and I think that accounts for most of the difference.

You're probably right. I thought about the contact thing, and I never thought she needed to change anything. She just grew up!

To me, everyone's eyes in the FOL cast(Blair, Jo, Natalie, Sue-Ann, Nancy, Mrs. G, and Cindy) looked the same to me(varying shades of grays), except Tooties and Molly's, who both had noticable deer-like obsidean/ebony-like dark eyes.

You're right about Nancy's facial structure changing, though. She simply grew up into adulthood. It happens with us all. Now the nose thing I don't know about, though. To me, her nose has always looked the same. Of course, I never pay much attention to small details like height, hair, eyes, nose or other facial features. I only pay attention to what the person does.
