I also have "Shape Up and Move Out" from when it first aired on NBC, so that one is definitely unedited and in its Valerie format. It may be a bit grainy though since it was taped almost 20 years ago. I haven't viewed the episode in ages so I don't know if it's in mint condition anymore.
