I'm assuming we are talking about Yoko. Anyway, I think Yoko was the link that gave John the needed opportunity as a way out of the Beatles. I think Yoko was just one of the elements. I think the guys were getting older and like people who grow with time, I think they needed their space to express themselves beyond the Beatles.

I totally agree with you. Yoko was simply one of many elements that led to the breakup of The Beatles. I know that George was upset with the fact that he was only allowed to write two songs per album (four on "The White Album" with it being a double album).

The Beatles were going to break up, anyway, and Yoko really had no bearing on it one way or the other. There were tensions within the band that had nothing to do with Yoko.

Yes I think his wife may have gotton tired of it and convinced them to call it quits........ (Wifes/husbands often have a big impact on things sadly)

I think the beatles were the absolute BEST in the early days (1966 and before)

I went with "maybe" because only Paul wanted to keep the Beatles...however he wound-up dissolving the band.

It's odd logic, but the other three members of The Beatles wanted to leave but Paul.

Yes its sad.... They had something BIG going.......... I dont think we will ever know 4 sure if his wife really did convince them....... Ya cant say NO really..... We dont know.......
