I found Deelishes very pretty. Also, it was how she was on the inside that made her even more beautiful. She has class. Of course she went off on NY, but NY asked for it. I loved how Deelishes kept her mouth shut many times when NY was "jabbing" at her, making pot shots, etc. That takes a classy person to not acknowledge that crap. I think Flav also saw beyond the faces and the bodies because he has kids/grandkids and he chose a lady with a daughter. She can relate to him as a parent. As dorky and immature Flav acts, he at least figured out who was best for him.

As a matter of fact, I did post on this thread that Flav's kids' mothers are not light-skinned. I know for a fact that one of them is dark-skinned. But you are so right abt Brigitte, that example doesn't count. She is a woman of european descent. So now, are we going to hear that Flav prefers european women? No. Because she is just one woman of many that he has been with. It is only narrow-minded from Solomon's point of view to assume that is why he picked Deelishes.
