For sure, I plan on picking up season 3 on the 24th. I have been lucky to get a sneak preview of the season since they are showing reruns on CTS here in Canada. So far I have seen the first two episodes growing pains and fear strikes back. The show continues to get better. Hopefully the sales for season 3 can exceed or at least equal sales of season 1 & 2 so Sony can release season 4 and subsequent seasons A.S.A.P. :D

yes, after my long day of classes i am going to go and get it right at 6pm. I'll have to drive about 20-30 minutes across the state border into Iowa to either the best buy or the target, last year i got it at target becuase of the $10 gift card that came with it (which i spent right away on the already $19.99 Gilmore Girls season 4 to make that only $9.99!!) So, if they have that, i might do that, but i also want the special Are You Afraid of the Dark? for halloween (a classic nickelodian show i used to watch when i was younger) that i want to get, and only best buy has that... so most likely i'll be going to best buy! But yep, I have class and work staggered in between straight from 9-6pm (wow, that sounds like a normal job work day... sheesh!) so after that, FOL here i COME!

I ordered mine through Amazon through the link at the top of the page! :) Usually, Amazon sends it out the Saturday before so I should get it on Tuesday release day. Sometimes I get it one day later, but I probably won't be able to watch it till the weekend.

Can't wait for Season 3.

By some strange twist of fate, the F.Y.E that's right near my brother's house accidently put out three copies of season three last week on the shelves. My brother called me as soon as he spotted it and brought me a copy. He even asked the manager if it was okay to buy it early(since they made the mistake) and she said "Go Ahead"! Thank god, I couldn't wait no longer!!!!

Honestly, they just dont make TV shows like FOL anymore (well it's good in a way because it makes FOL that more special, ha!). I wish I could be fortunate to wear a FOL t-shirt but dont have large enough FOL photo to get scanned onto a t-shirt. If I did have a FOL t-shirt, I'd wear it like crazy to promote the show. At least I am spreading the word about such a fantastic show to family & friends. So hopefully by the time Oct. 24th they'll buy a copy as well :)

I still can't believe how fast Season 3 is coming out! During my lunch break on the 24th, I'll be dropping by Best Buy to pick it up. Luckily, I have the 25th off so I have that whole day to enjoy Season 3. (Unfortnately, some idiot kid threw a big stone on the road and my car ran over it (trying to miss it) but it was too late. So, grrrrrrr. Having to get a new tire and possible new rim, I just hope I have enough money left over but I think I can spare 20 bucks... thank god, I get paid tomorrow....

"Teacher's Pet" is my all time favorite FOL episode. I wish more people loved that episode as much as I do. It doesn't seem to get talked about a lot around here. I love the scene between Jo and Mrs. Garrett towards the end where Jo asks what is the point in working hard all your life just to die at 26. Having known a number of people who died young, I agree with Mrs. Garrett that as long as we keep the memories of those people in our hearts and minds, that they will live on through us.

OMG! I agree completely.... that is one of the most powerful scenes ever. The dramatic chemistry between Jo & Mrs. G has always amazed me. Both the ending scene from "Teacher's Pet" and "Sweet Sorrow" show the incredibly breathtaking talent that Nancy & Charlotte have :)

yea, i'm getting excited too, cuz season 3 is one of the best seasons.... there are a few episodes on there that i dont have on tapes anymore and i haven't seen for years!!

well, i guess my town has the largest super walmart in the US (as of right now) and over half of the workers are the college kids here in town... so, it's not low IQ's... and i guess that this walmart actually treats their employees well... works around their class schedule's anyways.... so yea, i am just going to drive in to dubuque anyways... my roommate has always been home when i've been home and i've not been able to blast the CD i got about a week ago for my 21st birthday, so i will be able to finally listen to it and really sing along on the way to pick up the DVD... it's TODAY!!!
