Personally, I'd rather pay a higher price and receive good, friendly, competent customer service than pay a lower price while getting bad service.

Chocoholic 10-14-2006, 04:37 PM Personally, I'd rather pay a higher price and receive good, friendly, competent customer service than pay a lower price while getting bad service. Jrnygrl 10-14-2006, 09:26 PM I have to admit I'm a champagne girl, living on a beer budget, but I love quality. :D dawsongirl 10-14-2006, 09:50 PM I clicked lower prices, but I shop at Target more than Wal-Mart because of the rotten atmosphere. So guess it depends on what I'm buying. Mr. Television 10-14-2006, 09:52 PM as long as the quality of the product is good, I'll go with the low price. swedeace 10-14-2006, 11:25 PM I didn't vote because I can't vote one over the other. It depends. Some items I can live with a cheaper price because it's not a big deal. On the other hand, other items are better with better quality. moeee 10-14-2006, 11:52 PM I want lower prices. lower prices means less money to spend, which means more money left in my wallet. Ireneparalegal 10-15-2006, 12:14 AM What is more important to me???? Getting the hell outta the store as quick as possible. D.J. 10-15-2006, 12:15 AM It's like my dad says: "You get what you pay for". You pay ****, you get ****. You spend some money, you usually get better quality. Brad Russ 10-15-2006, 04:35 AM I'm a poor S.O.B., so I'm all about the lower prices. Bad customer service doesn't bother me much, because if someone is rude to me, I'll just be twice as rude right back to them. Sharop 10-15-2006, 07:09 AM I chose quality customer service, but both are very appealing to me. I like getting something for a lower price. AllIWantIsYourClutch 10-15-2006, 12:07 PM Low price. I'm cheap. Courtnee 10-15-2006, 12:33 PM Low price. I'm cheap. same here. Chocoholic 10-16-2006, 03:43 PM What is more important to me???? Getting the hell outta the store as quick as possible.   My thoughts exactly! Especially when I'm at the grocery store. :barf: My biggest customer service pet peeve is when the employees can't be bothered to acknowledge your presence. Whatever happened to service with a smile? MsOrange 10-16-2006, 05:50 PM i'll take ****ty service for good prices |
