Personally, I'd rather pay a higher price and receive good, friendly, competent customer service than pay a lower price while getting bad service.

I have to admit I'm a champagne girl, living on a beer budget, but I love quality. :wave: :D

I clicked lower prices, but I shop at Target more than Wal-Mart because of the rotten atmosphere. So guess it depends on what I'm buying.

as long as the quality of the product is good, I'll go with the low price.

I didn't vote because I can't vote one over the other. It depends. Some items I can live with a cheaper price because it's not a big deal. On the other hand, other items are better with better quality.

I want lower prices. lower prices means less money to spend, which means more money left in my wallet.

It's like my dad says: "You get what you pay for". You pay ****, you get ****. You spend some money, you usually get better quality.

I'm a poor S.O.B., so I'm all about the lower prices. Bad customer service doesn't bother me much, because if someone is rude to me, I'll just be twice as rude right back to them.

I chose quality customer service, but both are very appealing to me. I like getting something for a lower price.

My biggest customer service pet peeve is when the employees can't be bothered to acknowledge your presence. Whatever happened to service with a smile?
