I do not know if this Question was answer but if it was please forgive but I was wondering what season Thelma Holins left amily Matters and was ity under good Terms

First of all, her name is Telma Hopkins. Second, her last season was 4 as credited, but she still was recurring in 5 and 6.

This was answered several times, but as far as under good terms, yes it was. Telma left in Season 4 (1992-1993) to do her own show. During S4 of FM her show began on ABC, but in S5, her show was picked up by NBC, and she could no longer appear on FM. however, her show was cancelled and she returned as a guest in S6 to FM, so she was probably still greatly involved with the cast. however, like many, I think she was even tired of the writers and how they continued to mess up the show. It would have been nice if she stayed because Richie remained on the show until 1997. Rachel was an integral part of the original show, so she should have never left.

i remember season 4 of family matters and at the beginning of the season wondering why she wasnt in the opening credits.then about halfway through season 4 getting by premired.it was pretty cool because there were sometimes on tgif you could see telma hopkins as rachel crawford at 8 on family matters and you could see her again at 9 as dolores dixon on getting by.i often wondered if getting by would have stayed on tgif on friday nights if it would have lasted longer and if telma hopkins would have continued to do both shows at the same time like she did during the fourth season of family matters/first season of getting by.i dont know why the writers of family matters didnt bring her back as a regular after getting by was cancelled.i remember i watched the first episode of season 5 and when i saw telma hopkins was no longer on the show i stopped watching.i know she came back as a guest star for a few episodes of season 6 but by that time i had lost interest in the show.if her show getting by ever comes back into reruns its definatley worth watching.
