Maybe they are working on putting Bonus Features on the dvd, well I doubt it, but we can hope.

I'm beginning to get a bit worried about both Cheers and Frasier. It's been 6 months now since the last release (Season 8) and there's still absolutely no news about Season 9. Lots of titles announced last month have been scheduled for January/February releases, so it's not looking promising for Cheers at the moment for a release in the next couple of months. I really hope Paramount don't shelve it. They've been really sporadic with releases. For some shows, there is a degree of regularity (be it one release a year, 2 releases or even 3 releases a year etc.) but with Cheers (and Frasier), Paramount have been erratic. There was a spell in 2005 where several seasons came out within a short space of time. Then there was a big gap to Season 8 and it's looking the same way for Season 9.

See the 1st page on tvshowsondvd.com! Frasier only but it's a long start to having both shows on dvd @ last!

FRASIER's news not being paired with CHEERS has rarely happened (if at all), and there is some news about FRASIER's ninth year up on TSoD.

PHE was starting to make a comeback... FAMILY TIES finally being released... the resurrection of the thought dead HD and LAS series on DVD, but now, once again, my respect for them dwindles.

Why? It was a leaked release date. Doesn't mean Cheers won't be coming out that date, as well.

The rumors usually come on the same date...

I don't know, I'm frustrated too! Get the rest of Cheers & Frasier out on dvd! We need to email paramount about this! We got Happy Days/L&S/Mork n Mindy finally but no Cheers/Frasier

I'm only up to Season 6 in the DVDs
