Read today in the Post that Ruben has lost 100 pounds since becoming a vegetarian. He was put on a strict 1200-1500 calorie diet since he was close to 400 pounds. I'm gald to hear that because he was getting TOOOOOOOO BIG-lol Good for Ruben

I seen that on the entertainment news the other day. He said he will be a vegetarian "for awhile"...LOL I guess he misses meat. I am glad for his health he did this. It's not good being overweight.
