What was the cartoon, aired in the 1960's where the characters had human mouths? Anybody know? It's driving me nuts!:confused: :confused: :confused:

There was a dog named Paddlefoot, and Spinner --a little boy, and some Sydney Greenstreet-like villain in a Panama hat.

It was shown on the 1960s Sheriff John show --I saw it again in 1990, on the HBO Comedy Channel ( which later morphed into Comedy Central when it merged with Viacom's Ha! ). The Higgins Boys and Gruber hosted that public-access-like show. But Clutch Cargo must have also gotten onto home video, because the characters' names were used as an in-joke in the film Spaced Invaders!
