A few people have emailed me- with complaints about the feedback section - The truth of the matter is it is messy and can be confusing.
So , the organized nut I am- this is what I am doing.
Take these 3 traders for Example-
Lamont, Jie3 and Lilhave.
Now, if you go to the feedback section, and you wanted to see what was saiud about any of these users- You have to dig through days of posts- weeks of threads to find something.
ANd the fact is, the posts are only kept for one year, unless they are updated or recently read/added to.
So this is what I have done and am doing.
JIE3
I went through and pulled in the lsat year EVERY nice comment ever made.
merged them all into one thread.
The JIE3 Good Feedback Archive.

Now, after they are all merged- I am also taking the REFRENCE link, of all his good feedback and to be extra nice, placed it in the new trader directory with his info and list.
SO when someone wnats to research JIE3 they can go to feedback, see his name click ONE thread and see 18-20 nice comments about our friend here.
If they are going through the directory and say GEE what a great list-
I wonder if he is a good trade tho, they can CLICK on ONE link and say great list, great trader- let me write him!
Can't be easier than that huh.
So, obviouslly the longer a trader is around or the more trades they have time for the larger their link is going ot be, Lamont for example is running aout 8 pages.
So how many dedicated pages am I creating you ask?
If a trader has 10 or more positive feedback, I am creating a directory
All directories are titled the same.
In the meantime, for any users who have LESS than ten.
I am making 8 other directories.

you get the idea.
And I am putting them alphabetically in each thread, and adding their comments.
As I add them, if they reach above 10- I will merge them, into one unified link as I have done the others.
On average, we have 100 users here.
The feedback section had this morning 47 pages.
BY creating 8 directories of traders, 3 letters per page for the smaller traders, or new traders
and giving certain traders their own- I have slimmed it dfown to 11 pages thus far.
Which is Far easier to read, and go through.
Now, you may ask- Savage what do I do in the future.
You don't have to do anything.
You can post as you were, normally and I will be doing maintenance once a week.
You guys don't have to change anything, all you have to do is keep giving feedback as you always do
The only thing I ask- is in the future, No more multiple users in a thread if you have time.
It isn't a huge deal as I can copy threads multiple times to the appropriate place- But if you have time that would be excellent.
Once a thread is created- my theory is this, for one it is an easier navigation for all of you.
and makes trading safer-
and 2- you can use the link, here in your profile or your webpage as a refrence site- which is a great benefit to traders OTHER than those here, as they may not be famliar with you.
So this is my days effort thus far- feel free to give feedback or praise :)
I am not done, so dont' ask me why you don't have your own thread yet- I am still working.
But when its all said and done, it shoudl be, about 3-4 pages which is far easier to sort through
