They should, but unfortunately TVL has gone into the trap of forgetting its niche and going for the 18-30's or whatever it is. Hence anything they think they wouldn't remember or doesn't fit their current trends has little chance to return, IMO.

We were promised the first two seasons back in 2000, then they changed their minds, that was my first indication that TVL really didn't care what fans wanted.

OH Nuts!

PJ is a fine show and I hope more of it comes out on DVD. It's a show I'd like to have all of.

Well at least they considered it back then. Like I said, now TVL is just like any other cable channel: forgot their core purpose (coughAMCcough) and are obsessed with what younger viewers supposedly want. The idea of which is very generalizing. Let me put it to you this way: show of cyber hands, how many of you are under 34 and like the classic shows more?

OH Nuts!

Not under 34 but I like the classics - wait- change that - LOVE the classics - and sooooo fond of PJ - esp. Kate Bradley - best TV character ever.

With the way TV Land is changing their programming, I don't think that they will pick up "Petticoat Junction" in syndication. MY only hope is that RTN or WGN, who seems to be doing older shows now, will pick up "Petticoat Junction".

I appreciate your opinion. I'd like to know, though, what people even younger than us think. Somehow I think it'll prove the execs' opinions wrong somewhat, at the very least.
