Trader Poll-


IN all your years of trading, who have you traded the LONGEST.

Who do you keep coming back to again and again, and just how long is your relationship?

I myself, stretch back to 7 years for one lady in Colorado, we only trade once a year, around christmas time, but I look forward to it each year, with a letter of all her updates, her life, what shes up to- and a nice healthy trade.

So how about you, whats the most you have traded one person?
By time, or trades themselves.

i saw the poll and had 2 thoughts when i read the title

1. LONGEST LENGTH???? and i had to wash out my mind with soap

2. I was reminded of a thread from ages ago about HOW LONG CAN LAMONT GO WITHOUT POSTING? ha ha ha

since i aint been trading to long, i can say that its in the 1 -2 year or so range BUT im glad to say that the GOOD Traders ive met have been frequent partners!!! :wave:

The main person I trade with is KonfusionFTC. Think we have done about 3 trades so far. Plenty of others who I am going to be trading with soon enough I think.

Though I have traded with many wonderful people over the years, one of my very first trades was about 22 years ago...at the time (before the age of internet) ads were place in a publication called the "Tv Collector" and correspondence was done by old fashioned letter mailing...and one of my responses was from this guy who I am happy to say I am still making trades with to this day. Over the years we have done tons of trading and he has helped me out with so many things that have been on my Want List over the years. I have to shake my head when I stop and think how long it has been that we have been traders (22 years!!! WOW)...you didn't have an option for this time length on your poll so I thought I would just mention how some trading connections can last a lifetime (god willing!) or at least seem to be going in that direction. :)

Longest? It depends if I'm coming out of the water or not. I have been trading with a chap in Canada since 1998, first begining with otr in mp3, switching to vcd 's and now dvds. Great guy and more then just a trading buddy.
