I'v been at my job for alomost 6 yrs I only work part time from 10 to 3 mon-fri, I really hated it, I work at a grocery store small family owned they can be ass holes,they can be nice, they have bigturne overs,I just got done with 1 week off because I had surgery, my boss came up to me this morning "just to ket u know" your walking on thin line, better step up or else, bla.bla, I just said " understand" start on a new scale, it's just that if I dosoemthing wrong they always says says something but,If i am doing good they don't say anything. I do stocking,bagging,sweeping, or what ever. I'm just getting tired and pissed off, I am not qutiing un less they let me go there other part time work a round town,but, the people who work there I like,and the costomers,we always get a few that are really demanding they want that they want this. But, things are ok for eight now, I just had to let some steam off.

Have you ever heard the phrase 'Overworked & Unappreciated'? Bingo!! Your boss sounds like a real jerk. Is there anyway, you can try to find another job? I don't know how big your town is, that's why I asked. The only thing you seem to like about this job is the people you work with, but you can get that from any job. Plus you might be able to find a boss that treats you halfway decent. Things may be OK for now, but I can see it not lasting.
