A co-worker of mine from another department --

He was flying from Hartford, CT to Baltimore and guess who he sat next to on the plane --- well he told me the guy introduced himself as Peter Torkelson! I said to him you mean Peter Tork! (I know his real name is Torkelson)

"Peter" was so interested in my friend's band "Deaf Dog" - the whole flight down they were a) talking about Deaf Dog and also b) the fact my friend was going down on business with XM radio ----> Peter wanted XM to play his music.

I thought it was pretty cool but ----> I asked him "WHY THE HECK DIDN'T YOU GET HIS AUTOGRAPH!!

BTW, I believe Peter Tork resides somewhere in eastern Connecticut.

I love Peter!! He is my absolute favorite Monkee!!! I'd probably turn to mush if I ever met him. I've been seriously crushing on him for years.

peter torkelson's dad was a proff. or teacher at Wesleyan University in middletown Ct.it's in the center of the state.
