A couple months ago TvLand had a Brady Bunch marathon. This episode was on it. I was looking for an episode on the tapes I taped the marathon from. I remembered this post. At first it looked like she did. When I paused it
I noticed it was her finger after her thumb. Her Bird finger was down.

I do not remember that episode

According to some sources, Barry Williams thought he was being "cool" by flipping off someone on camera. But little did he know while he was being filmed that his dad had stopped by the studio and was watching him at the precise moment he delivered his ill-fated gesture. His dad must have known what he was doing because he walked over to Barry, grabbed him by the arm and proceeded to hit him in the backside several times. Which hurt Barry's pride more than anything else.
