i have a question based on the future of hd dvd releases if god forbids paramount does find a way to clear all of the music rights for happy days, wouldn't it concern you that they might not be able to clear the rights of the original music for the other seasons, what do you think my happen once they clear the rights for the original music in season 2 as well as the other season it concerns me allot because if they do get lucky and get the music rights what will be the outcome for the rest of the series

as the series went on, they used less music performed by the original musicians and more by the "band", so hopefully if we ever get past the next 3 or 4 seasons it wont be such a big deal anymore.

of course, as long as Paramount is still comparing the sales of season one to shows like the Simpsons, Family Guy, and Chapelle's show to measure success, we'll never get that far.
