Does ANYONE remember the 1972 Winter Olympics theme song "Victory Is Peace"...("across the seas with chains on, to light the true Olympic flame, to pass it on to everyone, to stand beside my friend, all the peoples of the worold, and the seas (seeds??) of victory is peace...". It was sung by John Denver. I have it on cassette tape but would love to find a VHS copy of it, it is the most beautiful opening to a TV show (especially the adorable Japansese kids waving their flags, and ending with the lone ice skater).

No one on the John Denver boards remembers this song, come on guys, I am SURE there has to be someone here besides me that remembers this. I even emailed NBC Sports and they never responded!!

Considering the fact that like 90% of everybody on here was born in the 80's, '72 Olympics would be a very fuzzy memory.
