Season 2 will be released shortly on October 17. While we anxiously await this release, here are a couple of links to check out in the meantime. The first has the list of the 39 episodes (yep, they did that many back in the day) that will be on season 2, and the second has some of the artwork.

littleinsomniac, I like your "Sissy" avatar! The other day my 14-year-old cousin had a cowboy hat on and she has long dark hair. I told her she looked like Sissy.

I think it's a shame that Gilley's couldn't have been restored and reopened as a family friendly destination/shrine to the movie.

That movie is hilarious.

It is a shame, yeah. :( I don't live very far from where Gilley's used to be and I still wish they had been able to restore it, maybe put up a marker so that those who once frequented the place, along with the fans of the movie, could stop by. Every time I drive into Pasadena, I can see John Travolta and hear that song, "Hello Texas" playin in the background. :lol:
