Nick@Nite invites you to spend Thanksgiving with its top dysfunctionally functional family: The Conners. This evening-long cornucopia of difficult visitors, dinners-gone-awry, tender moments and, of course, big turkeys is a warm treat that’s easy to digest!
10:00pm #32 - We Gather Together
The Connor clan gathers for an unforgettable Thanksgiving dinner. Things go pretty much as expected - everyone complains about everyone else's behavior, and the whole meal finally winds up in a knock-down, drag-out fight between Jackie and her mom.
10:30pm #82 - Thanksgiving '91
Once again, Roseanne hosts the ultimate day in anxiety for the extended family - Thanksgiving. Her mother says her father is sick, and won't be coming for dinner, but Jackie and Roseanne don't believe her. They beg her to tell them the truth, and when she does, they get the shock of their lives.
11:00pm #132 - Thanksgiving '93
In the midst of the Connor clan's Thanksgiving celebration, a fight breaks out and a long hidden, dark family secret is revealed. As a result, emotions fly and Bev flees the house.
11:30pm #157 - Thanksgiving '94
It's a typical Connor Thanksgiving - football, feasting, flaring tempers and an unexpected guest, Nana Mary's new husband. All the while, Roseanne and Dan anxiously await the results from her prenatal test and learn that something may be wrong with the baby.
12:00am #181 - The Last Thursday in November
The Connor family shows up to watch D.J. perform in his school's Thanksgiving pageant and are bored -- until the pilgrims pull out weapons and gun down the Indians "Pulp Fiction" style. Delighted, Roseanne and Darlene try to enlighten the shocked parents by telling them the real story is not what you read on the Butterball wrapper. And Charlie, D.J.'s Native American teacher, adds that it's time people heard the story from the Native American point of view. Later in a fantasy sequence, Roseanne envisions an alternative Thanksgiving story with all of her family playing the roles.
12:30am #208 - Home is Where the Afgan Is
Roseanne is depressed that Dan won't be home for Thanksgiving. But she's elated that for the first time ever, she won't have to cook since she's having the meal catered. Leon and Scott are there for the festivities and even Prince Carlos arrives to be with Jackie. Leon and Scott's announcement that they're thinking of adopting a child sends Bev off on a tirade which leads to a stunning and unexpected admission from Bev.
