Starting today The Hogan Family is on the ABC family channel every week day. PLEASE watch it or leave your TV on the channel when it's on so the show will get good ratings. It's starting from the very first episode.

I don't think that's how the ratings are measured. Last year I received a diary from Neilsen Media. They pick people at random. They mail you this booklet (and $5) and you fill in what you watch, when you watch it, how much of it you watch, what channel, whether you're watching via VCR, Tivo, DVR, etc. You mail it back after a week. It was a hassle.

Yeah, it's low tech alright. I'm guessing they have other ways as well. I don't know how they get those overnights. They have other ways and devices, but I don't think they can tell what we watch unless we have some specific measuring tool, whether a "Neilsen box", diary or whatever.

I meant for the people who can not get up that early Set your VCR or DVR.

I DVRd both episodes and will be putting it on DVD. I'm so happy it's back on and that it started with the Valerie episodes -- that's how it should of started back in April.

I posted on this board/thread hoping someone who didn't visit the Hogan Family message board (but liked the show) would see the news. It seems like the first person who responded to my message did not know.

I don't mean to 'spam' the boards, but this show was on the abc family channel back in april and it only lasted on there a week because of poor ratings. People really didn't know it was on which is why this time, I am posting places letting people know. That is all.
