I have never heard Luanne's father first name mentioned on King of the Hill. Peggy always says her brother or Hank says Peggy's brother or Luanne's father, but I don't recall anyone mentioning his first name. Even Leeann (Luanne's mother) said your brother to Peggy when she was fighting her.
