Some are stil alive, Gomer and Goober, Thelma Lou, the Darling Boys (that sounds funny when it is typed out) Charlene Darling, and maybe a few more that I can't think of at the moment.

Elinor Donahue, who played Andy's girlfriend, Ellie Walker, in the season one episodes is still alive, also.

It's so sad Don Knotts had to pass away this year--sometimes I get teary-eyed while watching TAGS. He gave me a lot of laughs over the years.

I know It is such a sad Story about Howard McNear

Although he wasn't a regular cast member and appeared in only one episode( I think), Charles Lane aka Mr. Frisby in "Aunt Bee the Crusader" recently turned 102 back in January, making him the oldest cast member on TAGS.
As a matter of fact, he may very well be the oldest living actor, period. :tiphat:
