hey does anybody think that apple records will oneday release for the very first on dvd the beatles complete first season animated show and do you think that the dvd of the cartoon show would sell

I think that most Beatles fans would buy it. I have been seeing a lot of other
merchandise based on the cartoon show in mail order catalogs lately (wall
clocks, salt and pepper shakers, T-shirts, etc.).

....King Features/Hearst Entertainment still controls the rights to those 39 episodes of the cartoon show [1965-'67]. It was repeated on MTV a LONG while ago, and is awaiting a "new" audience....somewhere.

Well knowledge you seldom need to be corrected and as I have said in the past I have always respected your vast "knowledge" and reply to various posts, but the original poster was correct, The Beatles' company Apple obtained full rights to the cartoons about 8 years ago from king features and they are securely locked away in their vaults, many bootleg copies exist from the "MTV Masters" and forgotten Disney Channel run which happened after the MTV run. Don't worry you still have my full respect and always will!
