Today (Sept. 22, 2006) marks the 20th anniversary of the show's debut. It's hard to believe.

Thought of this a few days ago, and slipped my mind.
I was just looking through my tapes, saw the word ALF, and remembered the anniversary is coming up. Then realized...........it's today.........in 2 hours. Another Coinkidink (coincidense).
Yes, all these 20th anniversaries are hard to believe. As I said in the "Head of the Class" thread:
Every thread I’ve read concerning something from 86 has people saying “I can’t believe it’s been 20 years” and “I feel OLD”( like the movie “Aliens”….someone said “I still see Aliens as a recent movie”).
While it’s true that time flies as you get older, maybe there's another factor with these 20 years.
Maybe the quality was so good that it made a big impact on the brain and the memories are still vivid and fresh.


What I remember most is how I got into the theme song!!!!! I still LOVE IT!!!
