Why haven't they ever done an episode where Dale finds out that Nancy had cheated on him for all those years with John Redcorn and that Joseph is John Redcorn's son? Does anyone know?

Only Mike Judge really knows. I suspect Dale actually knows, but he loves Nancy and Joseph so much (and is so deluded) that he pretends ignorance of the matter.

Well Dale might know but I wonder. Because look how long it took Dale to figure out his dad Buck who was the star attraction at the Gay Rodeo was Gay Himself. The Gay Rodeo episode is one of my favorites Bill and Boomhauer acting like a gay couple embarrassing Hank was hilarious.

Again, another denial issue. It is not uncommon in Texas (or other Southern places) for men to deal with uncomfortable issues by denying they exist - or ignoring them completely.
