Your favorite books or books,that you would like to turn into a movie?

I'm still waiting for Peter Jackson to finish making The Lovely Bones.

Any book by Dean Koontz would make a good movie, I think a couple were
made into movies. Watchers, Odd Thomas, The Face, would make good movies.

Catcher in the Rye would be really interesting if they cast Holden well.

I really like the Confessions of a Shopaholic series of books...I heard they were making one into a movie, but I can't find where I saw that.

I've also always liked Timothy Zahn's Heir to the Empire, Last Command, and Dark Force Rising Star Wars triology...they would be perfect sequels to the franchise, but I big time doubt Lucas would ever go for it.

That's Jake Gyllenhaal, and I agree--he played a REALLY good Holden-esque character in 'The Good Girl'.

I'd loooove to see that book made in to a movie (it's one of my favorite books!) :)
