I have just been offered a job and told to let them know when I'm ready to start. I might not be on here as often the next few weeks as I'm packing, moving, and getting settled. Woo Hoo!!!! I'm excited!

I'll be an hour away from my uncle, aunt, cousins, grandmother, and one of my sisters and just a few hours away from the rest.

Well, I'm going up tomorrow for drug testing, background checks etc. for the new job and I'm going to look at some apartments while I'm there. They want me as soon as possible so my new boss is helping me look for an apartment.

Well, I rented an apartment (pretty nice one bedroom with a study) and I start work next Monday (9-25). The only bad thing is my apartment will not be ready until the 29, so my boss is putting me up in a hotel for the week. So b/c of that, I will not have any computer access for about a week or so until I get my computer moved and get DSL connected. I'll be coming back and forth on the weekends for a bit to do laundry at my parents (Gotta love the parents) so I can get on at their house. I'll keep y'all posted. I'll be heading up on Sunday for the hotel then be back Friday sometime and then everybody is helping me move Saturday. YEAH!!!!

Well, I'm back for about 24 hours. I got in around 9 tonight and we are getting up early tomorrow to pack the truck then head out.

I've really enjoyed my first week! It's been a blast. I've been on tours, gone out to eat with all the bigwigs (which as it turns out, I'm one of them now too...scary) and have met ALOT of nice people.

I probably won't be on here again for a dew days as I'm getting everything set up, but just wanted to let y'all know that I survived! :)
