This obviously isn't finished yet. I just wanted to have it on here already. I'm going to come up with about twenty-two episode descriptions and list a full cast. Soon. Here's a sneak preview.
This is the season that takes place after the fourth season finale, in which ALF gets captured by the Alien Task Force on his way to leave Earth with Skip and Rhonda. Pretend like the ABC, 1996 movie "Project ALF" never happened.
Season Five: 1990-1991

Phil Hartman as Captain Leech (In charge of ALF)
Episode 501 - "The ALF Task Force"
ALF has been apprehended. He's locked up in the Alien Task Force building. It's explained that the Tanners have been contacted and assured that no harm will come to ALF (that way they can relax and not spend the season worrying).
