DeWitt was born in Wheeling ,WV...but her family moved to Indiana were she actually grew up. That's really the only logical explanation and angle I can think of.

********* Something interesting I just learned recently. I was watching a movie called The Hills Have Eyes (awsome horror movie by Wes Craven). Of course I had to watch the original too...from 1977. Well the lead actress was Susan Lanier....and of course I knew that name was familiar ..so I looked her bio on IMDB/ Than I thought of course she was Crissy on the second pilot. Funny how she just a footnote in history now, when in reality who knows what could have happened if she got the role. Now I've never seen the second pilot, but from what I understand she was really bad. I believe the sec pilot is on tomarrow at 9:30 am est time, so I guess I can see for myself.:wave:

I think if the writers put in the script that she was from Indiana, that they should have explained how she ended up so far from her hometown or just leave it a mystery.

That would make sense. Personally, I think they should have explained why she moved out to L.A. from Indiana.

Chrissy not going, I could understand, because she was too dumb to be anywhere near a college campus, but Janet was smart and could have gone.
