I had to laugh my ass off when I heard commentators commenting on "Most Awesomely Bad Songs Ever" on VH1.
Here are some funny comments.
Party All The Time by Eddie Murphy
Commentator. "What's wrong with this song is that she doesn't just want to party at night, she wants to party all the time. So at 8:00 AM, she wants to party."
Hanging Tough by New Kids On The Block
Commentator: "There were people who bought that the New Kids On The Block were tough. All of those people were 11 and female."
Commentator: (Mimics the New Kids On The Block dance for Hanging Tough) "I'm sorry, but if you're doing this, I'm not scared of you."
We Built This City by Starship
Commentator,"This song is bad enough, but once the song hits the traffic report, this song just flies into Awesomely badness."
The Heart Of Rock And Roll by Huey Lewis And The News
Commentator: "I think if there really were a heart of Rock and Roll it would have"(life monitor shows on screen, showing slowly moving lines, and then flatlines)(The guy also mimics a dead heartbeat)"When it heard this song."
Rolling by Limp Bizkit
Commentator: "They keep saying, "Rolling", but where are we rolling to? They never tell us where we're going."
You Remind Me Of Something by R. Kelly.
Commentator: "R. Kelly sings, "You remind me of my Jeep." What girl wants to hear that she reminds a guy of his Jeep?"
We Didn't Start The Fire by Billy Joel
Commentator: "Cola Wars send Billy over the edge. (TV plays video that has the lyric, "Cola Wars, I Can't take it anymore", showing Billy turning over the table). "Not sick kids, kids dying with hunger and AIDS, that doesn't send Billy over the edge, Cola Wars is where he can't take it anymore."
