I was watching tv a few weeks ago and I came across a Re/Max commercial (Real Estate), and a woman and her daughter were searching for houses. They said "Too Big" and when they panned up it was the Governor's Mansion from Benson! Has anyone else seen the commercial? It still looks great, they are really keeping it up. Does anyone know where the mansion is located?

Edit- I found the answer: The exterior shots of the governor's mansion are actually of a private home located at 1365 South Oakland Ave. in Pasadena, California. The same house makes a brief appearance in The Beverly Hillbillies (1993 movie) and as recently as 2006 in a U.S. television commercial for RE/MAX.

I haven't seen the commercial yet but I would LOVE to see that house in person. I wonder if I write to the owners and tell them I'm coming to LA if they'd let me on their property long enough to take some close-up pictures. It's really a beautiful home. I'd love to see the interior as well. :D

I saw The Commercial with The Governor's Mansion on The Re/Max Real Estate Commercial and I Think The Governor's Masion was on The Movie onster in Law

In the movie "Exit to Eden" Rosie O' Donnel is fighting someone, and is on the balcony of the same mansion.

at First I did not know that was The Governor Mansion but when someone said that was The Governor Mansion then it click in my Head.
