is instead of Isabel Sanford? I mean the woman had passed away and that could have been a nice thing to do to show that she was apart of the show and that she will not be forgotten. What the hell did they have a picture of isabel for and she was still on the show?-lol

THANK YOU SWEET JESUS...I wondered that too when Louise was on the phone asking for donations to the help center. There is her pic on the table...but not M.Jefferson's pic????????

Atleast somewhere on the set, like way back on the table where the Jeffersons had to make that right turn to go to their bedroom

It would have been nice if they would have done something like that. I guess she died at a time when tv show's didn't honor their deceased actors much. I remember Chico And The Man didn't even honor Freddie Prinze until their was a big outcry about it. They finally did a show but it was about a year after his death.

She was in the frame on some episodes on the 5th season. If you watch the desk on every episode, that photo changes pretty frequently.

Solomon, on IMDB it states under the trivia section that a pic of Mother Jefferson, Louise and George were on the table by the phone. But each pic was rotated on each episode, meaning, one episode it would be George, then another episode it would be M.Jefferson and so on.

I need to check this out when I watch the episodes.

The only pics I seen on that desk was pics of Lionel, Louise, and George

Funny, I don't recall Lionel...sometimes we may not see or hear things because we are focused on something else on the show...just like you thought James said SCOOBY DOO...LOL

I don't think the pictures should've rotated at all. Since Cully was a cast member who died during the show's run, it should've been her picture and nobody elses.

I think her pic should have been on the table AT ALL TIMES...we didn't need to see a pic of George or Louise, they were always seen on the show.

In my home, I have a picture of me and my husband displayed, but none of our mothers. I can't handle looking at my mother's picture everyday. Everybody is different.

Right above my monitor I have a pic of my late father holding my son who was only a month old. I see that pic everyday and feel like not a day goes by that I don't have my father on my mind at least once.

You're better then me, I can't even look at a picture of my best friend who was killed last yr. A few months ago my husband found an old pic of her and he showed it to me and I nearly had a panic attack.

  Oh how sad. I hope that the pain of seeing her in a pic later on won't do that to you.

I don't need pictures to remind me of my parents or my two sisters who have passed away. They're in my heart and not a day goes by that I don't think of them. Not a single day.

I find pictures painful to look at. Like I said, everyone is different.

"Ever" meaning NEVER...and I know at least ONCE it was shown. How many times it was actually on the desk, I don't know...but it should have been there ALL THE TIME.

Mother Jefferson picture appears in these fifth season episodes: George Finds A Father, A Bedtime Story, Florence Meets Mr. Right, The Other Woman, The Hold Out, The Ones You Love, Three Faces of Florence and The Freeze-In. Some of these episodes you have to strain to see her but she's there.

It's hard to see in "The Ones You Love", everyone is standing in front of it

I don't understand why there would be pictures of just individual cast members anyway, except Lionel because he is their son. Who has a huge picture of themself displayed prominantly in their home? I could see all 3 of them or them with other people. But YES, there should have definitely been a large picture of Zara Cully because she was "George's Mother" and because she was a deceased cast member.

And they are all black and white!!!! LOL

I also see the pics on the dresser at the end of the hall. Those seem to be rotated as well.

LOL_i know, nobody ever has a BIG picture of theirself in their home unless they are on medication. And like you said, if there is a picure of theirself it's a picture of them and someone else-lol
