My guess is that he asked around in the bar. Louise was a trip in this episode. Easily one of my favorites.

Remember how stupid Charlie the bartender was for telling those two strangers at the bar what apartment George lived in after they asked Charlie if George really had a lot of money...and then they kidnapped Florence instead of Louise????? Stupid Charlie.
