What is the episode called and which season does it come in?

1) the one with Molly Shannon who doesn't swing her arms. (Hilarious!)

2) the one when Elaine eats the 100-year old cake.


I dont' have any Seinfeld DVD's, but would consider buying the seasons of these 2 episodes.
