The Lottery and what JJ was into are too different things.

First playing the state Lotto is LEGAL, and Second what JJ was doing was ILLEGAL.

Not only that, J.J. thought what he was doing was "only gambling"...that racket was also into drugs, prostitution and "crooked cops"...

We have a OFF-AIR lottery here in Philly that give the Daily Number based on the results from the Race Track-lol I'm dead Serious-lol

The lottery IS legal...but many people are against it for moral reasons. You'd think Flo would be one of them!! :lol:
