The ep when Theo all of a sudden became STUPID and says the MOST iditic things to his parents in the episode-"That's Not What I Said"

Theo is brought home from the Police station and his mother asked him what happened and he said that is friend became scared when he saw the Police and starting speeding. So Clair said-"You tried to out run the Police? Theo's STUPID response

"Oh it's Ok Mom, I had My seatbelt on the whole time"

LOL

Then When Theo asked his Dad the stupid question-"Am I really in that much trouble? Cliff responded with this classic Quote-"You can go in my car right now and drive backward to Coney Island, run over two stop signs and the hot dog man and you won' be in anymore trouble than you are now"-lol

To top it all off Theo then comes downstairs and asked if they are ready to give him his punishment
because There was a party on Saturday and by that time his punishment should be over.

Denise became stupid. I never heard Vanessa say "3 times 3 is 6" Only Denise would say that...and she did!!! Stupid. Denise was the same chick who wanted to go to the University of North Dakota because as she put it, "I am the only person I know that will be going there." HUH????? Idiot.

Well It is good to go to a college where you don't know anyone-lol I wish I had done that. I went to college with 9 friends and my freshman year was a disaster

Yeah, but her reason for going had nothing to do with "I want to keep my mind on my studies, not my friends." It was to be able to say, "Hey, I go to Univ. of North Dakota..." I can't get over the fact that Denise said "3x3=6" that was one dumb character. Not only that, she wanted to be a teacher WITHOUT GOING TO COLLEGE!!!

:brent

I have to agree, that does sound like something that Vanessa would do. Just like when Vanessa went all the way to Baltimore, And after Cliff and Claire get's Vanessa home they tell Vanessa to go upstairs and go to bed. Then Vanessa had to the nerve to say "I would like my punishment before I go to bed"

What was stupid about Rudy is, She told Cliff and Claire that Pam and Charmaine could ride into town with them on the subway. So when Claire and Cliff asked Pam if she wouldn't mind, Pam told them what The Exchange was. Why ask your Teen cousin, who has probably been to the club, to escort you into town, knowing that your parents will talk to your cousin, and ask her if she wouldn't mind escorting you.

Stupid on Rudy's part

Another stupid Vanessa moment was the whole Jeremy thing. She comes home and she sees that the couch was turned towards the door with Cliff and Claire sitting there waiting on her. And Vanessa comes in just nonchalant, like it's just another night in the Huxtable house.

You don't remember when I posted about that ep?-lol I said since she asked a stpid question-"Why is the couch facing the door? and Cliff responded with even a more stupid answer-"Because me and your mom heard on the news it was going to be a snowstorm and we wanted to watch it"

Oh yes, Vanessa was the dumbest Huxtable kid! Especially the episode where she sneaks off with limp wrist Jeremy. Good job Vanessa, get Rudy of all people to lie for you. Some of the stuff Vanessa did made me mad and I hope that my daughter would never act like her in her teenage years or her ass would be sore until she's 50!

It sure did, especially that pathetic excuse she gave! First of all, wasn't her bedtime? So why would she call Kenny or vice versa? Second, since he lived a few doors from them all Cliff and Clair had to do was to either go over there themselves and ask Kenny's parents. And third, when she said "Oh, I'll come back in a few minutes to let you know why Vanessa's late" made me years later, wanted to throw something at the T.V. That horrible lie should had made viewers aware that a couple of years later, Rudy would STILL be a horrible liar i.e: The Exchange...excuse me, The Cultural Exchange:rolleyes:

At times it was obvious the jokes came before "commone sense"...Bill wanted reality, yet, being the comedian that he is, he had to have the laughs. So, it kinda backfired in a way...we want the laughs, yet the laughs were done at the expense of how stupid the kids behaved or what they said.

I think it just goes to show that every family go through the "Dumb teens think they know everything phase." Everyone went through that especially thru ages 13-18  You think you know EVERYTHING and have the world and life figured out.
