I hate looking thru a phone book. It is so bulky. I will only use the phone book when I am trying to find a business that I am not sure what the name is or I need to find out the address. If I know the business name, I will use 411.

I use either switchboard.com or yellowpages.com. If I strike out there, I call 411.

I have no problem trying the yellow pages first. If I'm unsuccessful there, then I would try 411.
