Can anyone tell me if Johnny ever made a guest appearance or know what happened with his character on the new WKRP?? I had read about Andy, Jennifer and Bailey but I couldn't find anything about Johnny??

I don't know what happened to his character but I know he made guest appearances on the show. During the 2nd season he was a semi-regular.

I think he had gone to a station in Pittsburg, or something.

I remember him saying that he was in NYC for awhile.

I just saw Gary Sandy in a movie this past Sunday. It was called Against The Law. He played a police chief. The movie is from 1997.

what episode was Johnny on The New WKRP.

he was in the first episode, and at least one other episode that I know of, but I forget what it was about.

I only saw the show a couple times.

If memory serves me, he had written a book and had been on a book signing tour just prior to coming to the station. "the big guy" had asked Jennifer to call in some help for the struggling new crew.
