I saw Jim Belushi a couple of years ago at the state fair doing the Blues Brothers. It was awesome, he was only about 20 feet away and you could just walk right up there cause it was one of the free performances. I wanted to stay and watch but I was with so many people who wanted to do so many different things so chiya.

For like 20 dollars a person you can get into the fair and get a wristband that allows you to go on any of the rides as much as you want which is what I usually do. Food is EXPENSIVE though, but if you look around you can find better deals. One time my brother spent 5 bucks on a tiny small soda. :lol:

Oooh The Gravitron! They replaced it with a much cooler ride at the 05 festival, but then they brought it back again.

The ride they had replaced it with was sorta like a huge cup and it rocked back and forth and round and round. It was fun.

There's like 20 big rides at the fair here and 10 kiddie rides. Something like that. Plus there's all the contests and games and whatnot. well they have STATE fairs. but the town one here is kind of big. its not really a town fair though, its more like an county fair, but its really just one part of the county :lol: we have games and food here, too.

I went on that Pirate Ship ride and it holds like 20 people, and me, Lynn, BF, and these two white children were the only people on it who weren't black LOL Everyone was singing along to that LEAN WIT IT, ROCK WIT IT tune.
