I was looking at the sypnosis for the final episode "The V Story" on TV.com and it revealed how ABC would've ended the show had it been picked up for another year. It said that Jay would not have been pregnant because the test results were wrong. However Miichael, Jay and Kady would have moved near Jay's parents, leaving Claire and Junior behind.

well all I have to say is atleast the show made it to 5 seasons. Just wish they could've ended it properly.
