Since 9 am this morning, XM radio's sixties channel is celebrating the fortieth anniversary of The Monkees by airing nothing but...Monkees music!!

Going through til midnight tonight, XM is airing all the Monkees hits, obscurities and alternate mixes. They've also thrown in some audio clips from the TV show as well as radio promos.

I heard one for the album The Monkees Present, which is apparently available on Colgems Records and stereo eight-track tape!!:D

I'll have to check that one out!!;)
