I prefer the second Alan myself. I believe the actor's name is Jay Hammer. Aside from the scene where he and George are playing the dozens, the first Alan was not that great if you ask me.

The first alan willis had a BREAK OUT moment and was never seen again which was so dumb. He was the only Wllis to stand up to George in his own HOME and that's why I wish that actor remained on the show

i guess that would depend on your taste. I was trying to find pictures of them to post so you could judge for yourself, but i couldnt find any. I dont know how to do a screen capture, otherwise i would do that.

The 2nd Alan Willis is probably better known as Fletcher on "Guiding Light". Now, I haven't seen him as Tom's son, for gosh sake. I'm sure that would be an experience.
