Me and my mom are at it again and I'm feeling so depressed and alone. I have to go to a new school in just a few days and I'm very stressed out I'm having a hard time falling asleep and staying alseep and then during the days I take too many naps. I'm so bored and frusturated. I'm 18 pounds overweight and I feel like I can't control myself around food. I also feel like everyone here is ignoring me. It seem's no one will listhen to my problems. I don't want to kill myself I just want help.

i do not know what to say
i just stumbled on this
BUT i will say this

i believe u started a similar thread a few weeks ago
and at that time
MANY OF US told u what to do to get help

contact a depression hotline, talk to a pastor/priest/minister
talk to a relative
talk to a teacher etc
call a local mental health center

it may not be easy but u need to make a step in that direction
there is Nothing that anyone on a chat board can do to help u to help yourself
if u truly feel this way
then posting here is not the solution
get help, get out the phone book and find help
or tell your mother how serious u feel and ask her to get you help

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, Tootie. Do you have any friends you can turn to?

The best advice I can give you is to work hard and behave well at your new school, and try to make some friends. :) Also, if you're having trouble sleeping at night, maybe you could do something that relaxes you before going to bed - like taking a bath, maybe - and having a hot drink.

If you think you're overweight, then the best thing to do is to eat healthily and exercise. You could go running, or jogging, or take up a sport.

I hope things get better. :)

i didnt mean to come off as insensitive
i know it can be hard to be younger and have problems
and weight problems can be hard

but there should be help out there
many churches have services on wed nights, and many have helplines
perhaps u can call a local church and find someone who can help u to deal with your problems and help with the family issues
