I remember this from way back.90-91 ish. I don't recall much but there's an accident scene on a lonely highway late at night.Family in the car is kinda messed up and then this raggedly black haired lady appears and just friggin wide eyed stares at them for like 17 seconds.I mean not a concerned stare just a psychotic empty stare and then proceeds to walk straight into the field by the woods turns around and blankly stares at them again before walking off into the night. This is tied with "Omar" as segments most likely to send me into a permanent fetal position. Anyone remember that one? Not shown much I don't think.

What is the "Omar" segment?
Its the segment where a family finds a vhs tape and take it home and play it and its a man videotaping an arson fire that he apparently set. He kept saying "Look at it Omar!" on the tape and was just creepy.

^ You are correct young grasshopper - Patty Meehan was strawberry blonde. I always will wonder what happened to her. She obviously survived the car crash and there have been enough sightings of her post-accident to lead serious credence to the fact that she was alive and possibly suffering from amnesia (unlike the sightings of Anthonette Cayedito or Elizabeth Campbell which I always found highly circumspect)
I remember the segment mentioning that if Patty didn't recieve immediate medical attention her amnesia could be permanent or threaten her sanity. I wonder if she just wound up in a mental hospital of some sort or perhaps is just one of the many homeless occupying the streets of the United States.
Sad.

It's been a long time since I saw it.Think I was in high school at the time.I thought she had black hair though and I forgot about the amnesia bit.I just thought she was some random lady who just happened upon the scene and disappeared.Makes sense now.It creeped me out though.

regarding the Omar guy who enjoyed burning things down,
I think it would be fantastic if his penalty for doing such things was for HIM to be lit on FIRE! And the arsonist of the arsonist could videotape it and whisper things about Omar. seriously, it'd be a great message to send.
sick and tired of punks doing things like this.

 NO WAY!
I would, however, find it insensitive if somebody burned down my home/possessions or killed somebody I love
it's too bad we're not tough on criminals...
