It is a Philly thing. Philapdelphia is proud to call itslef the Big Scrapple, and my great-aunt always brought it up to my father and his siblings in a suitcase when my grandparents and their kids moved to northenr New Jersey. Scrapple is delicious! Anyone who makes fun of it will have to answer to me - and when oit coems to Scrapple, I don't take no prisoners!
